What you provide

When you send a membership inquiry, sponsorship inquiry, partnership inquiry, international internship inquiry, nomination, or contact form, the site collects the fields you choose to submit, such as your name, email, organization, and message.

Why we collect it

We use submitted details to evaluate and respond to your request, administer proposed Chamber programs, and communicate about the specific interests you identify. Do not upload confidential personal or trade-secret information in these public inquiry forms.

How forms work

The site is prepared for Netlify Forms. Once deployed with form processing enabled, Netlify processes and stores the submission according to the host’s service terms and settings. The website does not implement a payment checkout or member authentication in this version.

Advertising and analytics

Reserved sponsor placements do not contain third-party advertising trackers in this release. Google Analytics 4 is installed to understand page visits and website usage. The site’s Analytics configuration removes query strings and fragments from page-location and referrer values. Our custom code does not send form answers, contact details, internship applications, or local media files as Analytics events. Forms are processed separately from Analytics. YouTube and externally hosted recordings connect to their respective providers when loaded in the Theater; files chosen from your device play locally and are not uploaded by this page.

For an inquiry about your submission, use the contact form. Final legal privacy terms and the operating entity should be reviewed before production launch.

AI readiness quiz submissions

Viewing a quiz result does not send your answers. When you submit results, we collect your six answers, calculated score and stage, quiz version, submission identifier and time, contact details, organization type, selected country, state or metro, locality, follow-up interest, and consent choices.

We use these details to respond to your selected interest and plan Chamber learning and market programs. Optional Chamber news and marketing require the separate, unchecked opt-in. A quiz submission does not enroll you as a member.

Quiz submissions are processed through the same Netlify Forms service as other website forms. Access and retention must be configured by the operator before production collection. Contact the Chamber to request access, correction, withdrawal of optional communications, or deletion of your submission.

Any future public summary must combine responses and exclude personal contact details. Voluntary submissions are a convenience sample and cannot establish representative AI adoption or readiness rates.
